Alfredo with Bacon, chicken, and Broccoli
Ingredients
- 6 pieces of bacon
- 3 chicken thighs
- 1 onion medium size
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1 cup of water
- 2 heads of broccoli medium size
- 1 pound of spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon Maggi
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Chop the onions and the garlic in really fine pieces.
- While in a separate pot put water and when this one is boiling put the broccoli in a leave it cooks during 3 minutes then Sift the broccoli in a colander and let it rest while boiling more water and put the spaghetti to cook during approximately 8 to 9 minutes. (Add salt in each water)
- Then put the bacon (Previously chopped into small pieces) Put it to brown until it releases all the fat.
- Then put the chicken pieces to brown along with the bacon.
- After they are fully browned and cooked, remove them from the pan and in the fat that has been left brown the onion and garlic then add the water, cream, milk, flour, and Maggi. Let it warm up a little.
- Add salt and pepper to taste then add the chicken, bacon, broccoli and pasta, finally the cup of Parmesan cheese and finally the vinegar.
- Stir until everything is compacted then turn off and let stand for a couple of minutes before serving.
