Beer Batter Fish
Ingredients
- 450 grams / 2 lb fish
- 150 grams beer
- 125g all purpose flour
- 4 grams smoked paprika
- 5 grams garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1g?
- 5g salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- Oil for frying
- Tartar Sauce
Directions
- Mix everything in bowl.
- Dip fish immediately before putting into the fryer.
- Fry at 375°F for 4 minutes.
