Chili Sauce
Ingredients
- 13 grams dried chilis
- 100 grams water
- White onion (optional)
- Garlic (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F or heat skillet.
- Spread chilis in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 5 minutes or toast for 30 seconds on skillet. Chilis will become bitter if burned.
- Allow to cool and deseed.
- Add chilis and water to pot and bring to boil.
- Optionally roast onion and garlic.
- Allow rehydrated chilis to cool and then puree in blender along with onions and garlic if using.
