Dutch Baby
Ingredients
- 100 g all purpose flour
- 190 g room temperature milk
- 3 large room temperature eggs, ~ 150 g
- 4 g salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Add liquid ingredients then flour to blender and blend well.
- Heat cast iron skillet over high heat until smoking.
- Add ~2 tablespoons of ghee to pan heat until smoking.
- Add liquid ingredients to pan.
- Place pan in 425°F oven.
- Bake for ~20 minutes.
