Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Soak chickpeas hours and discard soaking liquid.
  2. Toast all dry spices and grind into powder.
  3. Add herbs, garlic, and onion to food processor and process into paste.
  4. Add beans, ground spices, and baking powder to food processor.
  5. Pulse until minced and can be formed into patties.
  6. Let sit for at least one hour in fridge
  7. Scoop into small patties and drop into 350°F oil until golden brown.
