Ingredients
- Vegetable oil
- 150 g onion, diced
- 15 g garlic, sliced
- 500 g cabbage, chopped
- 450 g minced pork
Sauce
- 60 g sesame paste
- 60 g light soy sauce
- 60 g rice vinegar
- 30 g water
- 10 g sesame oil
- 5 g chili oil
- 3 g brown sugar
- 1 g black pepper
Directions
- Brown pork and remove.
- Cook onions for a couple of minutes.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add cabbage and cook until tender.
- Add pork back, add sauce, cook to reheat.
