Jerk Chicken

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and turn to paste.
  2. Marinate for 24 hours.
  3. Place skin side up on cooler side of grill.
  4. Bring internal temperature of breasts up 145 °F
  5. Flip skin side down on warmer side of grill.
  6. Bring internal temperature of breast to 155°F

Ideally, grill/smoke with pimento wood chips.
