Ingredients
- 450 grams ground pork or chicken
- 100 grams shallots
- 30 grams toasted rice powder
- 25 grams cilantro
- 25 grams sawtooth coriander
- 25 grams green onion
- 20 grams mint
- 3 kaffir lime leaves finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons lime
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- chilies fresh or dried
Directions
- Brown meat and turn off heat.
- Add shallots and allow to cook lightly in the residual heat.
- Add the remaining ingredients and serve.
