Tortillas
Each tortilla requires 60 grams of dough
Ingredients
Per tortilla
- 24 grams masa harina
- 36 grams warm water
- ?? grams salt
Directions
- Add warm water and salt to mixing bowl and stir to dissolve.
- Add masa and mix until formed into shaggy dough.
- Finish mixing the ingredients with kneading.
- Add more water or masa if necessary.
- Ideally, allow to sit for 30 minutes before rolling dough into balls weighing 60 grams each.
- Press tortilla and lay tortilla gently into hot skillet.
- Covered finished tortillas with a wet towel and allow to steam.
