Tortillas

Each tortilla requires 60 grams of dough

Ingredients

Per tortilla

Directions

  1. Add warm water and salt to mixing bowl and stir to dissolve.
  2. Add masa and mix until formed into shaggy dough.
  3. Finish mixing the ingredients with kneading.
  4. Add more water or masa if necessary.
  5. Ideally, allow to sit for 30 minutes before rolling dough into balls weighing 60 grams each.
  6. Press tortilla and lay tortilla gently into hot skillet.
  7. Covered finished tortillas with a wet towel and allow to steam.
