Tzatziki Sauce
Ingredients
- 100 grams cucumber, grated and water squeezed out
- 200 grams greek yogurt
- 20 grams lemon juice or white vinegar
- 5 grams garlic, grated
- 5 grams olive oil
- 6 grams mint
- 6 grams dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- zest from half a lemon (optional)
Directions
Combine and blend everything with immersion blender. Ideally leave in fridge overnight before using.
